Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Staff to join our team at Liberty Food Mart in Battle Creek, MI. This role focuses on ensuring our customers receive the best possible service when they visit our store. It's a hybrid role that combines customer service with cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of our premises.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the store.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and place.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
Salary
The salary for this position ranges from $10 to $12 per month, depending on the level of experience and skills of the successful candidate.
Qualifications
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Previous work experience in the Food & Beverages industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic understanding of administrative duties
