Maintain accurate , organized, & timely Inventory & Financial processes & records (Key & receive work orders , POs & Receivers . Submit invoices for approval. Key vouchers. Maintain Petty Cash. Provide data as required for inventory & PCard). Prove Communication and Supervisory skills. Good understanding of Corporate HR and Financial processes. Understanding of the local manufacturing process, products, shipping and Customer Service Representative protocols.
Associates Degree required, 2-4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of both is required.
Minimum of two years of experience providing support to management and serving on a customer service team
Mastery of busy multi-line phones and all types of office equipment
Solid working knowledge of MicroSoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Mastery of parcel and freight protocols and documentation using UPS Worldship and LTL Carriers for shipments to NAFTA Countries
