HR Administrator Job Description

Provides direct Support to the GM . Supervises Admin Office staff (CSRs I Clerks) . Is self motivated & organized, possessing strong Communication, Time & People-Management skills . Administers & oversees daily office activities & workflow . Coordinates Corporate-sponsored programs . Provides pivotal support to and direct supervision of the Customer Service Tea Acts as HR Representative at the location. Implements confidential processes. Maintains local archives. Administer, Coordinate, Delegate , Review & Support the local office workload (Provide Admin Support to Mgt. , Production, Engineering, Graphics & Dock. Supervise CSRs , key orders, initiate & follow-up order priority , processing, shipment , & customer service . Oversee Customer & Vendor paperwork throughout appropriate processes and into the archives . Key ACE log entries & process supporting documentation) Initiate & Implement local HR, Benefits , & Payroll processes (Manage & support HR activities at the location including administering I monitoring the ATS and Affirmative Action process . Conduct new hire orientations . Assist employees with basic Benefits I Health Insurance I 401 K IVAC & SIC time I payroll procedures & issues . Key hours & Process employee maintenance. Maintain confidential archives) Maintain accurate , organized, & timely Inventory & Financial processes & records (Key & receive work orders , POs & Receivers . Submit invoices for approval. Key vouchers. Maintain Petty Cash. Provide data as required for inventory & PCard). Prove Communication and Supervisory skills. Good understanding of Corporate HR and Financial processes. Understanding of the local manufacturing process, products, shipping and Customer Service Representative protocols. Associates Degree required, 2-4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of both is required. Minimum of two years of experience providing support to management and serving on a customer service team Mastery of busy multi-line phones and all types of office equipment Solid working knowledge of MicroSoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Mastery of parcel and freight protocols and documentation using UPS Worldship and LTL Carriers for shipments to NAFTA Countries An established exemplary Customer Service Attitude in all interactions.
