Housekeeping Aide Jobs in San Jose, CA - $24 - $26 hourly

This recruitment is for a long-term part-time position cooking and cleaning in a private home which also functions as offices for a business.   The geographic location for this position is in San Jose, California.  The family and children reside in the home   

This position is as an independent contractor, using IRS form 1099 tax filing, all wages reported, and all compensation and reimbursements paid by direct deposit. 

Professional references are required. 

Also, this job will be located in our private home and where there are children; for these safety reasons, a pre-employment screening and criminal background check are also required. 

The number of hours per week will vary, and depend upon the needs of the household and family, but generally it is estimated to be 6 hours each week. 

The estimated 6 hours per week are flexible, and the work can be done in the morning and/or afternoon. The days of the week are also flexible and can be arranged to accommodate other commitments, other jobs, school, etc. The family is very understanding and flexible in this regard. 

We already have a housekeeper who comes to our home to clean the bathrooms, floors, etc. so that is NOT part of this position;

rather, this position is more related to general help in the kitchen, light cleaning and washing dishes, and possibly other chores. 

This position requires skills and experience in both cleaning and cooking, including food preparation. We can offer additional employment opportunities and benefits to qualified persons.
