Developer Job Description

Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design user-friendly, visually appealing, and engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate should be able to translate user needs and business requirements into interactive interfaces, ensuring seamless usability across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to understand user needs.
Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Design intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for web and mobile apps.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design goals.
Conduct A/B testing and usability testing to validate design solutions.
Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Stay updated with UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus for collaboration with developers).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
