Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and polished Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Artesia, CA. As the face of our showroom, you will play a key role in delivering personalized service, building lasting customer relationships, and upholding the brand’s global reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate jewelry pieces
- Build strong, long-term relationships to develop customer loyalty
- Actively grow a network of new and returning customers
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on latest collections
- Adhere to store presentation standards and ensure visual appeal
- Follow all company policies and uphold the Joyalukkas brand image
- Wear the provided uniform with pride and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- A warm personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A polished, professional appearance and demeanor
- Motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Fluency in English (Hindi or regional Indian languages is a plus)
