Physical Therapist Jobs in Sculpt U Houston, TX

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatments inside of some of Houston’s most prestigious health clubs using your manual skills and strength & conditioning concepts
• Become an expert on selling the value of what it is that you can do for patients. Why is your patient going to pay cash to come see you, when they can go down the street and use their insurance?
• Develop relationships with club trainers/tennis/golf pros to work seamlessly with common clients to bridge the gap between rehab and fitness and generate new leads
• Take payments and track key performance metrics for the clinic
• Participate in hosting workshops for members and other marketing events
• Be available to text and openly communicate with your handful of patients via our app outside of work hours. We bring a higher level of service by giving each patient access to us 24/7.
• Follow up on no shows, new leads coming in not covered by receptionists

Credentials:

• Current state licensure or certification on or before the first day of employment required.
• CPR certification
• Successful completion of a degree from an accredited DPT program, plus sufficient experience in the field essential.
• Demonstrated competence in physical therapy evaluation, assessment, care planning and manual therapy
• Weekend hours will be required (Saturday 9am-1pm)
• Dry needling Certified Preferred
• CSCS and personal training experience preferred
