Front Desk Manager Job Description
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
Check guests in and out of the hotel
Handle guest inquiries and requests
Process payments and resolve guest issues
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with reservations and room assignments
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
