Developer Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work on customizing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform to support business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundation in development and a passion for cloud-based CRM technologies.

??? Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing, coding, and implementing custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components (LWC/Aura), and Visualforce pages.
Customize Salesforce standard objects (e.g., Leads, Opportunities, Accounts).
Integrate Salesforce with other platforms and data sources using APIs.
Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC): requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with senior developers, admins, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Write and maintain technical documentation.

?? Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and familiarity with Java or similar languages.
Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform, Apex programming, and SOQL.
Completed Salesforce training or certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I or Administrator) preferred.
Eagerness to learn Salesforce technologies and apply them in real-world scenarios.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Process Automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
Experience with version control (e.g., Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD tools.
Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange apps or integrations.
