Job Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently deliver floral arrangements, plants, gifts, and event setups across New York City.
• Represent Scotts Flowers with professionalism and courtesy while operating company vehicles and interacting with customers.
• Ensure all deliveries meet Scotts Flowers’ standards for product quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Communicate with the operations team for optimized routing, effective time management, and real-time delivery updates via software.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns using good judgment and available resources.
• Assist with event deliveries and installations, maintaining the highest presentation standards.
  
  

Candidate Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong familiarity with New York City neighborhoods and streets; proficient with GPS navigation.
• Prior experience in luxury service, hospitality, or delivery roles is preferred.
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, and responsibility.
• Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
