From peace to pieces, fighting stress at work
First things first, to deal with work stress!
We don’t need a gang of twerps to hang out with;
And we cannot please anyone and everyone;
Unless we respect someone’s boundaries, we cannot expect the return;
Privacy cannot be defined as public property;
Heads up is appreciated, but that doesn’t go with head strong and vanity
This is the long forbidden synopsis of fighting with stress at work. I know that there isn’t a Utopian world out there somewhere in the recess corner, but it’s good to find out the outlet.
How would one bust stress at work?
Choosing people -- I could be diplomatic, but not at the cost of one’s feelings. My sarcasm falling flat doesn’t matter, when genuine people’s feelings are about to get hurted (not with the rest).
Firstly, I should know, whom I’m talking to. It’s always good to keep away from self-centered and ignorant colleagues. They do nothing apart from using us, even without us being aware of it.
Signs of self-centered sociopath: They act overtly charming, overtly-friendly, please everyone, and use people by faking to their bones.

Working out – Better than being worked up! Working out for 45 minutes every day, that’s how I get rid of serotonin/stress hormones. This is how the cause of work stress is put to sleep.
Ignoring is bliss -- When someone gets on our nerves, experimenting their ignorance on us, it’s just good to say, “Excuse me! I’ve GTG!”
Walking once in a while – Yes, it does wonders!!!
