10 fair reasons for leaving the current job! What not?

Why did I take up this job? So, it’s not just the money! First job is for economic freedom; second job is the way to put my mastery to work; the third job? I cannot quit my current job if I’m really serious about my income, bills, loans, insurance and, not the least, ahem, CAREER. A work experience of 3+ years and, it does worth it to quit my job provided that I’ve got the best paying offer.


Still, that yoke is what really matters to me. And, I’ve my share of 10 fair reasons for leaving the current job.


What not to do before I quit the present company?


I’m not comfortable with my boss. I tried to work it out, but my co-workers keep pouring fuel to fire. So goes the story. I don’t want to be in the crew of cheap buffs.


DO: Bleh, there are some good souls at work too, who does worth our time and regards!


I wonder how they reviewed my performance. Yes, I knew that I worked to bones to master my skills. What’s the point in negotiating with them?



DO: I should better man up so that I could walk out with the fruits of my hardwork. There might be some areas of improvement also!


D’oh, the new policy? Such irrational ideas, and I don’t know how they call themselves know-hows of the organization!


DO: By now, I’ve lived with the flimflam of their policies. I think I’ve lived enough with it, so I’m going to voice out the picture. After all, I trust my instincts.


No sabotage entertained; professionals are opaque towards fury!


Nothing works, just quit the current job. One good reason serves it!
