The Production Associate will support the (Sr) Production Manager overseeing the product production process timelines in our supply chain management. The Production Coordinator will work closely with the (Sr) Production Manager in implementing process & metrics to support our deliveries & vendor performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• VPO creation and VPO maintenance
• Request and Tracking of all Fit/PP/TOP samples and communication cross-functionally
• Review internal/external reporting regularly (ie WIP, Shipment Schedule, QC schedule) and communicate to (Sr) Production Manager any potential shifts or delays
• Ensure QC is aware and aligned on WIP / TNA reports
• Packaging and trim management with factories
• Daily issue resolution and communication to vendors
• Ad hoc projects as requested by supervisor
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in apparel production. (Walmart/Big Box experience strongly preferred)
• AA, preferably BA/BS in Production, or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Self-motivated and self-directed with continuous desire to learn and grow.
• Flexible and agile learner able to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a fast- paced environment.
• Proactive problem solver able to trouble shoot and/or escalate issues effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems such as Outlook, Word & Excel.
