Job Description:

• 60 Months Experience with relational database management systems. 
• 48 Months Experience with Oracle 10g or higher.
• 48 Months Experience writing complex stored procedures with the use of triggers.
• 48 Months Experience with designing and implementing ETL architecture using Oracle Data Integrator, Talon-D or IBI Data Integrator to ensure export data quality.
• 48 Months Experience staging data for test plan development and implementation based on business requirements.
• 48 Months Experience providing data warehouse/data mart end user support.
• 24 Months Experience developing and managing data structures.
• 12 Months Experience designing, coding, deploying, and/or managing a case management or insurance claiming application. (include description of the case management or insurance claiming application)
• 12 Months Experience with querying data within a Cúram Social Program Management database (version 4.5 or higher)
• Candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

Project: New York State Early Intervention (EI) and various Health Portfolio projects as needed within the agency.

Detailed Job Description: NYSDOH needs temporary contractual services to support the Early Intervention Program with the New York Early Intervention System (NYEIS) and other EI data systems.

This application is used to address the Early Intervention Program’s (EIP’s) functions of child referral and intake, case management, developmental evaluations, service planning, service delivery, service providers’ claiming, service provider’s payment, 3rd party insurance claiming (commercial and Medicaid), state vouchering, provider application and approval, reporting, auditing, and compliance with Federal and State requirements.
