Java Software Programmer

Magnus is looking for passionate and detail-oriented Java Software Programmers to join our IT team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications while contributing to enterprise-level solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, code, and test Java applications based on business requirements

• Develop and maintain REST APIs, web services, and integrations

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and scalability

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams in the SDLC

• Maintain technical documentation and ensure coding best practices

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, and OOP concepts

• Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate

• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and database technologies (SQL/Oracle/MySQL)

• Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN)

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $95,000 annually. The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in IT Software/Services.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Availability to work full time on a W2-Permanent or W2-Contract basis.

Skills

• Proven experience with Ab Initio and Informatica.
• Proficiency in ASP .Net and C SHARP.
• Experience with Web Services and Android.
