Office Manager Job Description

Business Office Manager Responsibilities:

We are looking for an office manager for an E-commerce business dealing with Hardware items and Electrical Motors. An office manager, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The office manager will also act as a connection between different teams to achieve desired solutions 

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Working to provide tracking details to the customer.
  • Handling issues related to shipping.
  • Filing shipping claims and working closely with UPS
  • Generate sales leads
  • Able to process and fullfill orders ( will be taught)
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Manage different teams to achieve desired goals

Skills:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Must have experience handling claims and shipping claims.
  • Interact with the cross-functional teams
  • Microsoft Office
  • Quickbooks preferred
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
  • Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
