Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate new leads for weddings, social events, and corporate functions
• Conduct venue tours and confidently pitch our services to potential clients
• Build and maintain relationships with event planners, vendors, and clients
• Respond to inquiries promptly and follow up with professionalism
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain CRM/database with accurate client information and communication history
• Collaborate with event managers to ensure seamless execution of bookings

Ideal Candidate:

• Passion for hospitality, sales, and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
• Experience in event sales, banquet halls, hotels, catering, or hospitality preferred
• Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is a plus
