Business Development Specialist Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services to clients
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other business documents
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in business development and/or account management, preferably in the IT or Lifesciences industries
Strong sales skills, including prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
