IT Trainer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions on various IT skills for our candidates. The IT Trainer will identify educational needs, design educational material, and ensure all candidates excel training. The successful candidate should be able to explain technical procedures and best practices in an engaging and understandable manner.

Responsibilities:

Conduct IT skills gap analyses among candidates
Design technical manuals and training materials using simple language
Conduct role-specific training on tools and programs.
Research and recommend learning systems.
Apply educational methods to engage trainees.
Train new candidates on proper use of hardware and software
Evaluate the effectiveness of each educational session
Maintain updated records of training curriculum and materials.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven work experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer, or similar role.
Experience designing technical course material.
Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques
Good understanding of corporate computer security principles
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly
Additional certification in training (e.g., Certified Technical Trainer) is a plus
