QA Automation Tester Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts that ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to build efficient test strategies and deliver high-quality releases.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
Work closely with development teams to understand application architecture and features.
Design and execute test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and API testing.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Identify, document, and track bugs, performance issues, and inconsistencies.
Maintain test data and test environments for reliable execution.
Participate in code reviews and sprint planning sessions from a QA perspective.
