Billing Excecutive Jobs in EJQ Express Inc South Holland, IL

We are a small trucking company. We are looking for a Billing/Accounting executive who can eventual grow into a senior role.

• Daily paperwork scanning
• Daily hourly logs monitoring
• Invoicing to customers (accounts receivable)
• Accounts payable
• Vendor billing and monitoring
• Miscellaneous small tasks, yard check.

Knowledge of Microsoft excel, word is a must. Candidate should have good communication skills, ability to work as a team member, efficient and willing to help inside a small team. Previous trucking backoffice experience is desirable but not required.
