Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Workday HCM Consultants who are passionate about technology and services. Based in New York, NY, successful candidates will join our dynamic IT Software team. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with 2-7 years of experience in the IT Software field to advance their careers. We offer both W2-Permanent and W2-Contract options for full-time employment. This position is open to US Citizens, EAD / TN, H4, L2, STEM, and OPT holders.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for the Workday HCM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop effective IT solutions.
• Ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of Workday HCM modules.

Salary

An attractive salary package between $95,000 - $98,000 yearly is being offered for this position.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years up to 7 years of experience in the IT Software field.
• Practical knowledge of Workday HCM is essential.
• Ability to work in a team environment and foster client relationships.
