Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Python Gen AI Developer with hands-on experience in building and deploying AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming, LLMs (Large Language Models), NLP, and Generative AI frameworks, along with exposure to cloud-based AI platforms.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AI-driven applications, fine-tune models, and create intelligent solutions that enhance business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.

• Work on LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, and model evaluation.

• Integrate Gen AI models into applications using APIs, microservices, and cloud services.

• Build scalable and efficient data pipelines for AI/ML workloads.

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest in AI/ML and Gen AI technologies.

Required Skills:

• 3–6 years of professional experience in Python development.

• Strong knowledge of LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG frameworks, etc.).

• Experience in NLP, Deep Learning, and Transformer-based architectures.

• Hands-on with PyTorch / TensorFlow and AI/ML model lifecycle.

• Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).

• Proficiency in REST APIs, Flask/FastAPI, and microservices development.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, or similar Gen AI frameworks.

• Exposure to MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and embeddings.

• Prior work in chatbots, copilots, or Gen AI-powered applications.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
