Job Title: Java Developer (2+ Years Experience)

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Java Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, knowledge of modern frameworks, and a good understanding of software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Java applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards.
Work with Spring Boot / Spring MVC frameworks to build REST APIs and microservices.
Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and business teams in an Agile environment.
Debug and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
Contribute to DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of professional experience in Java development.
Strong understanding of Core Java, OOPs concepts, and Data Structures.
Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture.
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Angular, or JavaScript).
