Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python development, backend services, and database integration, with exposure to modern frameworks and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications

• Build and enhance RESTful APIs using frameworks like Django or Flask

• Work with databases to design schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure data integrity

• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams

• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code

• Debug, test, and optimize application performance

• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices

• Support deployment and monitoring in cloud environments

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development

• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI)

• Experience with REST APIs and backend services

• Solid understanding of SQL and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)

• Familiarity with Git / version control systems

• Experience working in Linux/Unix environments

• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines

Good to Have

• Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP

• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)

• Knowledge of Docker / containers

• Understanding of microservices architecture

• Basic frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Experience with data libraries like Pandas, NumPy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
