We are looking for energetic and talented Restaurant Manager candidate to join our talented team and work in our restaurant located at Inchin's Bamboo Garden, San Jose, CA
Job Description:

* Supervising cash handling procedures
* Finding training opportunities through daily activities

Required Skills:
* Proactive guest issue prevention/guest relations skills
* Knowledge of restaurant POS system management operations
* Excellent training skills
* Self-starter
* Great bar knowledge
* Good P&L knowledge
* Ability to open/close
* An open availability (days, nights, weekends)
* Must be committed to our mission and culture
Required Experience:
* A minimum of 2-5 years experience as Restaurant Manager in a busy, fast-paced, upscale or fine-dining environment
* Must have bar and beverage experience
* Must have Food Handlers Manager Certificate
* P&L experience is required
