Warehouse Manager/ Marketing Executive Jobs in Pandit Foods Ltd Piscataway, NJ

The initial job title of the Employee will be the following: Marketing Executive , Warehouse Manager. The initial job duties the Employee will be expected to perform will be the following:
• The first point of contact with customers, distributors, suppliers, and shipping/transport companies
• Work with the Marketing team to execute the orders.
• Co-ordinate and plan the deliveries regularly with all the distributors
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, repackaging, and dispatch of goods
• Archive the target set by the top management.
• Responsible to collect the payments from the customers and distributors
• Oversee the efficient use of warehouse space and mechanical equipment in compliance with budgetary and environmental requirements
• Coordinate the use of automated/computerized systems
• Wield direct HR authority, including recruitment, training, and staff performance/progress, under the supervision of the President
• Wield direct responsibility for stock control systems and warehouse inventory, including allowing for future capacity
• Draft recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual) for review by the top management
• When directed by the President, perform site visits to customer locations for quality assurance purposes
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and other relevant health and safety regulations
• Oversee planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and other equipment
• Oversee the smooth running of operations and managing IT systems
• Directly supervise the Driver position.
