Veracity Software Inc is looking for an experienced, result driven Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for growing revenue through targeting and developing new business accounts with a focus on delivering IT staffing services to the small, mid-size to fortune companies. Must be self-motivated, driven and able to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment. Must have a proven track record in prospecting, establishing and maintaining profitable account relationships selling IT staffing / Projects.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for client's needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of previous in Business Development of IT staffing experience including selling SOW projects and Professional Services.
• Demonstrated quota achievement in selling IT staffing & professional services.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
• People-oriented
• Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail
• Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction
