We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Jewelry Production Team Co-Ordinator to join our team at Fine Jewelry Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the jewelry production team, ensuring the efficient and timely completion of projects. This includes setting goals and targets, providing support and training to team members, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the production process.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the jewelry production team, including setting goals and targets, providing support and training, and conducting performance evaluations
• Collaborate with the design team to understand product requirements and design specifications
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely procurement of materials and equipment
• Monitor and control production costs to maintain profitability
• Prepare and present regular production reports to management
• Ensure the smooth operation of the production process by collaborating with other departments as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production progress and team performance

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a jewelry production role
• Experience in a supervisory or management role is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with production management software and tools
• Knowledge of jewelry production techniques and processes
• Ability to work well in a team environment
