Inside Sales Representative Jobs in Exterior Point Home Remodeling Red Bank, NJ

We are now hiring an inside sales representative to work both from home and in our headquarters in Red Bank, NJ. This person will be speaking with local area clients in Monmouth and Middlesex County over the phone to determine their interest-level in home remodeling and home improvement products.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct warm calling to potential customers within the target market
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
