**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and guest preferences.

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and personalized service.

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.

- Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage service, ensuring timely delivery of orders.

- Stay updated on current industry trends and new beverage offerings, continually expanding knowledge and skills.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including alcohol service regulations.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment.

- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and other beverages.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and build rapport.

- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

- Must be of legal drinking age.
