Preschool Teacher Jobs in Building Kidz of Dublin West Dublin, CA

We are seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our team in Dublin, CA.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Meets experience criteria required by state 

• Participate in the on-the-job training programs provided by the licensee 

• Provide direct care and supervision to children in care 

Educational  and additional qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum age 18 years old 

• 12 *core units units of ECE or *CDA or child development  associate teacher permit 

Meets additional criteria required by the state upon hire 

• Health Screen (LIC 503) and TB clearance 

• Mandated reported as required by law every 2 years 

• Sexual Harassment as required by law every 2 years

• Pesticide Training as required and maintained annually  

• Proof of immunizations records (MMR, Tdap) 

• Flu shot record or signed waiver form annually 

• Proof of Mandated Reporter certificate every 2 years

• Personnel  Records (LIC 501)  

• Employee Rights (LIC 9052)

• DOJ, FBI and CACI Fingerprint Clearance or Finger Print Transfer Request (LIC 9182) 

• *CPR & First Aid certified  (infant/child/ adult) must meet state requirement below 

*Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential with appropriate age level endorsement issued by CDA National Credentialing Program of the Council for Early Childhood Professional Recognition and 6 month on the job training/or work experience in a licensed child care center

*Child Development Associate Teacher Permit, Teacher Permit or Master Teacher Permit issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing 

*12 core units in Early childhood education must  include child/human growth & development; child/family/community or child and family relations; and programs/curriculum. You must have a minimum of three semester units or four quarter units in each of the core areas. 

*EMSA Licensed Child Care Pediatric (infant,child,adult) CPR & First Aid 8 hours to meet State requirements EMSA Approved ( every two years)
