Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with data visualization tools, SQL, and statistical techniques to deliver actionable insights and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, etc.).
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance) to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Support A/B testing, forecasting, and other statistical analyses to inform business strategy.
Document data sources, methodologies, and insights clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting solutions.
Automate data processes and report generation where possible using scripting languages like Python or R.
Stay updated with industry trends, data tools, and best practices in analytics and business intelligence.
