 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Conversational Developer with 7+ years of total IT experience, including 2+ years focused on Google Cloud Platform / CCAI / Agent Assist solutions. This role requires someone who can be onsite from the start and is ready to contribute to transforming enterprise contact center experiences through cutting-edge AI and cloud-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, Agent Desktop, and CCAI Insights.
• Integrate CCaaS platforms with virtual agents and Google Cloud Platform services, ensuring seamless connections to downstream systems.
• Engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
• Contribute to architectural design, effort estimation, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple projects and business domains.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years in IT, with at least 2 years in Conversational AI development.
• Dialogflow CX
• Agent Assist, Agent Desktop, Insights
• CCaaS and Virtual Agent integrations on Google Cloud
• Google Playbook and Agentic AI
• Google Datastores, LLMs, guardrails, generative fallback, and agent orchestration
• Experience working on CCAI transformation projects
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Exposure to Google Vertex AI and Gen AI capabilities.
• Agile or project management experience is a plus.
