Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test cases based on business requirements.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

Report, track, and validate defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure quality.

Participate in test planning, documentation, and review sessions.

Contribute to automation test script development (Selenium, PyTest, etc.).

Ensure test coverage, traceability, and compliance with QA standards.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated tests and test strategies.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure software quality.
• Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, or content.
• Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability.
• Collaborate with teams to understand product changes and QA testing requirements to deal with issues/defects in a timely manner.

Salary

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications. Additionally, this role offers potential for professional growth within the IT software and services industry.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in IT Software.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with Ab Initio software.
• Must hold a valid US Citizenship, Green Card, or H4 Visa.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
