Position Overview:As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role involves leading integrations, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code that meets business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to align with client requirements
2. Lead integration efforts with other systems and applications
3. Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment
4. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code
5. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, testing, and deployment
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of Salesforce development experience
2. Strong Salesforce.com administration skills
3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools
4. Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred
