Digital Marketing Developer Job Description
About The Role
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Lead generation Specialist to help us in our digital marketing efforts. You will be an integral part and heading the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from Lead Generation & brand awareness to product promotion.
- The candidate must be ready to coordinate with a marketing team to support digital marketing tasks ranging from social media, Google Ads, SEO, and more. They must be capable of analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build and implement successful strategies.
Job Description:
- Coordinate with the Digital marketing team for digital marketing requirements ranging from social media, Google Ads, SEO, website enhancements & Auditing, email campaigns / Marketing.
- Building strategies & implementation to generate quality leads organically and through campaigns across all platforms
- Create posts and stories for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business, and YouTube (as and when required) – generate the text, hashtags, and artwork together with the design team following social media calendars
- Produce Email Campaigns & generate leads by promoting products and services of the group, create text and artwork with the design team for these ads
- Manage the Google AdWords for individual companies/divisions as required. This includes paid ad campaigns, cost-per-click control, conversion tracking, keywords, etc.
- Website maintenance update the content of the websites as and when required, look for areas of improvement and act accordingly, and apply SEO practices for the content where possible
- Content Scheming for multiple communication platforms both formal and creative such as social media, websites, email, blogs, SEO, advertisements, flyers, catalogs, etc.
- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
- Planning and monitoring and strategies for the ongoing company presence and generate leads from various platforms
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Lead generation & SEO
- Excellent communication skills
- Skills and experience in various types of content and copywriting
- Knowledge of various social media platforms and email marketing
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools and keyword research: Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner
- Adequate knowledge of complete SEO
- Comprehensive knowledge of web analytics tools to perform Website Auditing such as Google Analytics
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity and detail
