Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with sales, manage cash transactions, and contribute to maintaining an inviting store environment.

Duties

• Sales support to assist with consistent customer delivery of excellent customer service and operational standards
• Ensuring a consistent best-in-class customer experience that aligns with our brand purpose and values.
• Partner with the Senior Management to maximize profitability by ensuring that customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection         are all consistent and in compliance with company standards.
• Engage customers in conversations to understand their needs and desires.
• Ability to present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products
• Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Share enthusiasm with customers and help them celebrate special moments and occasions in their lives!

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a retail and or customer support setting (prior jewelry experience desired)
• Strong customer service, sales, retail and or jewelry experience
• Strong communication and relational skills
• A positive friendly attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and displays.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
