 Systems Engineering Services is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst/AI Engineer based out of the Colorado Area.

Responsibilities:

• Work within Innovation Lab teams to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology experiment requirements.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of experiments.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications and requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure the successful delivery of experiments by providing technical guidance and support.
• Conduct data analysis to inform experiment design and outcomes.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role, with a focus on technology and innovation.
• Strong understanding of full stack development and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with remote and offshore teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
