Armani Exchange is in search of an experienced Tailor/Alterations Specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

•  Execute various tailoring and alterations tasks on clothing according to customer specifications
•  Fit clothing to ensure the desired fit and appearance for customers
•  Measure customers to determine clothing size and required alterations
•  Advise customers on the best alteration techniques for their garments
•  Make necessary repairs and alterations to clothing in a timely manner
•  Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed
•  Follow safety protocols when operating sewing machine
•  Maintain a clean and organized work area
•  Provide excellent customer service and develop a strong rapport with customers
•  Keep up to date with the latest fashion trends and fabrics
  
  

Qualifications:

•  High school diploma or equivalent
•  At least 5 years of experience in tailoring/alterations
•  Ability to perform various hand and machine sewing techniques
•  Knowledge of the latest fashion trends and fabrics
•  Excellent customer service and communication skills
•  Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
•  Ability to stand for long periods of time
•  Proficiency in operating a sewing machine
