 Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a brand ambassador by delivering outstanding service during all customer interactions
• Safely operate company vehicle to deliver and pick up environmental testing equipment and consumable products
• Follow all State and Federal driving regulations
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to address concerns or delays
• Keep the company vehicle clean and well-maintained; promptly report any issues
• Ensure on-time deliveries and pickups; notify supervisor of delays immediately
• Support warehouse functions: receive, label, store, and process incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and ship orders according to schedule using ERP systems
• Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) accurately
• Perform inventory control checks and uphold quality standards
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

 Knowledge, Skills & Core Competencies:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Able to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment
• Reliable and safety-focused with a strong attention to detail
• Comfortable driving and handling company vehicles

 Education & Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 5 years of clean driving history
• Proven experience as a courier or delivery driver
• Background in warehouse or logistics operations preferred
