 Pure Barre South Barrington is seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative/Front Desk Associate. This role supports the General Manager in driving new membership sales, providing top-tier customer service, and building lasting client relationships. Boutique fitness experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive membership sales through lead generation, follow-up, and closing
• Conduct studio tours and identify client goals to align with services
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current members
• Achieve sales goals for memberships, retail, and private training
• Manage front desk operations, including transactions and appointment booking
• Maintain studio cleanliness and assist with retail inventory
• Contribute to social media by taking and sharing content
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Friendly, engaging, and goal-driven personality
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
• Organized and able to multi-task effectively
• Proficiency with computers and POS systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
