Assist in the design and analysis of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems, utilizing engineering software and tools to create detailed designs, specifications, and calculations according to code requirements

• Strong technical and analytical skills including knowledge of principles relating to thermodynamics, psychrometrics, heat transfer and fluid mechanics as it relates to mechanical systems design in HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems for buildings
• Knowledge of industry standard engineering software and tools including HVAC load calculation software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Basic knowledge in the use of BIM software
