Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Workday HCM Consultants for an exciting opportunity at a premier IT software and services company based in New York, NY. This position is available on both a permanent W2 basis and as a W2 contract, offering full-time hours. Our ideal candidates will have between 1-3 years of experience in IT Software, specifically with Workday HCM. This role is open to US Citizens, Green Card holders, H4, L2, STEM, and OPT visa holders.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and customize Workday HCM solutions to meet business needs.
- Participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Ensure the successful execution of Workday HCM projects, on time and within budget.
Salary
The annual salary for this position ranges between $85,000 and $95,000, commensurate with the level of experience and skill set of the successful candidate.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Software, ideally with a focus on Workday HCM.
- Proven track record of successful Workday HCM implementations.
- Eligibility to work in the US (US Citizen, Green Card, H4, L2, STEM, OPT).
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and its applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Salary
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 per year, based on experience and skills.
