Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability across environments

• Build automation tools to streamline deployments, monitoring, and scaling

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to design scalable and resilient systems

• Implement logging, alerting, and monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)

• Participate in incident management and root cause analysis (RCA)
