About the Role:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Analyst to support and enhance ServiceNow platform capabilities. The role involves gathering requirements, configuring modules, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth IT service management (ITSM) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform

• Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, etc.)

• Assist with creating reports, dashboards, and workflows

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the platform

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve ITSM processes using ServiceNow

• Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices

Job Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated, motivated and experienced ServiceNow Analyst to join our team in New York, NY. This role is key within the company, as it plays a significant part in the IT Software / Services department. The successful candidate will be required to work on both W2-Permanent and W2-Contract terms and will be employed on a Full-Time basis.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the IT Software team to develop and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure the smooth running of the ServiceNow platform.
• Identify, analyze, and solve system issues promptly.
• Participate in the design and delivery of technical solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.

Salary

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience and skills.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or H4 visa holder.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Software is required.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Skills

• Proficiency with Ab Initio- an effective tool for data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong understanding of IT Software and Services.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software and technologies.

Salary

The remuneration for this role is competitive, offering a yearly salary of between $75,000 and $85,000, dependent on the successful candidate's skills and experience.
