Job Summary:
We are hiring a ServiceNow Administrator with 1–3 years of experience to support, configure, and maintain our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have experience managing users, groups, workflows, reports, and integrations to ensure smooth IT service management (ITSM) operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform.
Create and manage users, groups, roles, and access controls.
Configure workflows, forms, fields, and notifications to support IT and business processes.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for ITSM metrics.
Perform routine maintenance including data imports, updates, and scheduled jobs.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide end-user support.
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and platform security.
Collaborate with developers, consultants, and business stakeholders for enhancements.
Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and recommend improvements.
