About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback

• Develop and execute test cases (manual and automated) to ensure software quality

• Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs using tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)

• Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and resolve issues

• Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Support continuous improvement by contributing to QA best practices and automation adoption

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 monthly, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a similar role within the IT Software industry.
• Proficiency in Ab Initio and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of QTP/Selenium.
• Experience with automation testing methodologies.
