What You'll Do:

• Greet and serve guests with a warm, tailored approach
• Master the food and drink menu to make recommendations and upsell items
• Ensure orders are accurate and reviewed with guests before handoff
• Assist with food delivery, table bussing, and guest satisfaction throughout the shift
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards consistently

Requirements:

• Able to lift/move up to 30 lbs and work in both hot/cold environments
• Comfortable standing, walking, or bending for long shifts
• For California positions: RBS certification required (can be completed within 60 days of hire)
