Operation Mangager Job Description
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of assisting with venue business operations.
- Supervisor to perform day to day duties and do daily facility check.
- Ability to communicate efficiently with staff members, management and guest with complete clarity.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Ppt., Word Docs,)
- Respond to all elevated staff/guest inquiries or concerns regarding all events, meet and greet, amenities.
- Work through and correct guest concerns and complaints regarding customer service-related situations
- Follow up with staff teams to ensure that guest service standards are met.
- Perform opening/running/closing duties accordingly.
- Inform guests of venue amenities & make recommendations.
- Keep current on all standard operating procedures and be able to effectively communicate them to team members.
- Create pre-shift sheet and relay information with to the staff members and management.
- Should have problem solving abilities to resolve any and all guest service issues- consults or involves management if the situation escalates.
- Responsible for ensuring facility coordinators is completing incident reports and collecting witness statements during/after event.
- Responsible for handling with cleaning service staff and shift timing as per needed on event biases.
- Participate in monthly managerial meetings and accounting meetings for evaluation.
