We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to support our data and analytics team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with SQL/Excel, and the ability to generate meaningful insights from data to help drive business decisions.
Collect, clean, and organize structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Write SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
Assist in data quality checks and ensure accuracy across data systems.
Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Document processes, workflows, and data definitions for reporting standards.
